large-jumbo eggs
1 soft
avocado
1-2T
mayonnaise
2 stalks
celery
1 sm. onion
some sweet
pickles
Hard boil
the eggs and peel. Put the yolks in a medium bowl with the avocado
and mash them together. Add mayonnaise and remaining (chopped)
ingredients. Mix all together and serve as shown or on bread as a
