Israeli Couscous Chicken Soup


1# chicken breast meat
3 celery stalks
3 carrots
1 med. onion
1 lg. clove garlic
6c± water
powdered chicken soup base
½c Israeli couscous
1c frozen edamames or peas


Chop then saute' the first 5 ingredients in a little olive oil or butter until chicken begins to brown and vegetables are translucent. Add the rest then simmer a half hour or more. . .Lin
