Almond-Chicken Waldorf Salad


½c plain Greek yogurt
½c mayonnaise
2T water or lemon juice
¾# boned, skinned, cooked chicken
1 chopped apple
1c chopped almonds
¾c golden raisins
1sm. finely chopped purple onion
2 stalks finely chopped celery

In a medium size glass mixing bowl, combine the first 3 ingredients then add all the rest. Mix together well then chill an hour or so to blend the flavors and rehydrate the raisins. Serve over chopped lettuce. . .Lin
