Seafood Salad



8oz. cooked shrimp – or
8oz. imitation crab
¼c plain Greek yogurt
¼c mayonnaise
½ med. onion – chopped
¼c sweet or dill pickle – chopped



Chop shrimp, or, flake the imitation crab into a small glass bowl. Add remaining ingredients, mix well and serve over chopped lettuce. . .Lin
