My original goal here was to create a new recipe daily, or several times a week - cook, photograph and post each one. I've been doing this since April 2011 and. . .as of today. . .I now have over 1,800 original recipes and informational posts! I'm thinking a couple cookbooks will be down the road a bit! Vanilla-Honey-Spice-Pecan Sundae

This is for when you absolutely, positively HAVE to have something sweet!

a nice big bowl of really good vanilla ice cream

heated, flavorful organic honey

Pumpkin Pie Spice

finely chopped pecans

Scoop the ice cream into a nice big bowl. Drizzle with some warm organic honey, then sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice. Top with the chopped pecans and then, (also add really good whipped cream if you'd like) - but either way - dive in with your big spoon. Oh, so good! . . . Lin
