onion - chopped

eggs
fresh ground
pepper
2T shredded
cheddar
Saute' the
onion in butter for 2 minutes. Add eggs and pepper. Stir to
'scramble'. Cook and slowly stir until egg dries a little. Crumble
the cheese on top. Cover and turn off heat. Let stand 2 minutes
before serving with some beautiful grape tomatoes. . .Lin
