chicken
1/3c plain
Greek yogurt
1/3c
mayonnaise
½c chopped
dill or sweet pickle
½c chopped
celery
½c chopped
almonds
½c craisins
or raisins
1T or more
ground turmeric
Turmeric has
been found to be helpful in reducing inflammation in the body. Drain and break up chicken in a small glass mixing bowl. Combine with remaining ingredients, then chill several hours or overnight, to
rehydrate the craisins/raisins. Serve as is, on lettuce, or in a
