I did things like this when my kids were little
and cooking was lower on my priority list.
A can of petite diced tomatoes would be a good addition
since cooked tomatoes are high in lycopene.
The important thing to remember is to use a can of beans,
kidneys, blacks, garbanzos, etc. AND a can of legumes.
Both are excellent sources of fiber and protein.
