Breakfast Quinoa


1/2 c each:  Quinoa, dried fruit and nuts
Golden raisins, craisins, dried cherries, cut up prunes. . .
Dry toasted almonds, pecans, sunflower seeds. . .
1+ c water
~ chopped candied ginger, cinnamon sticks - optional

Combine in a small pan. Simmer and stir (about 20 minutes) until Quinoa splits and develops little tails. Serve with a dab of butter and a drizzle of real Maple syrup. . .2 servings. . .Lin
