Turkey Kielbasa, Beans and Biscuits




1/2  13.5oz pkg. - 3 individual size Turkey Kielbasas
1/2  lg  sweet onion
1/4  lg  sweet pepper
1     14.5oz  can of fire roasted diced tomatoes
1     14.5oz  can of beans - red, black or white
1/4  t +/- black pepper










Heat oven, then bake the biscuits.  Cut Kielbasas, saute with onion and pepper in 1T butter till a little browned.  Add can of tomatoes with juice and the drained and rinsed beans.  Check seasonings and add pepper if needed.  Simmer a few minutes until the biscuits are done.  Leftover biscuits can be cooled, bagged and refrigerated or frozen.  Serves 2-3 - Ready in 20 minutes. . .Lin
