Turkey for Breakfast

I woke early with thoughts in my head and places to go in my brain.  In no time I was hungry.  What better to fuel this than some leftover turkey.  I combined the following in no time at all.  If chopped a little finer, it would make a great sandwich or cracker spread.  Onions and celery would be nice additions - as would some raisins and curry powder.  This morning though, I just ate it, made simply, with a fork with a big steaming mug lemon water.

2-4 oz  leftover turkey - chopped
some sweet-spicy bread and butter pickles - chopped
enough mayonnaise, seedy brown mustard and pickle juice to hold it all together

So good!  Now I'm ready to face the day.
Breakfast of Champions?  :o) . . .Lin
