1 med red beet
1 sm sweet onion
broccoli florets
1t butter - salt - pepper
Chop the above.
Saute' - steam the beet 5-8 minutes in a covered pan

with 1/4c water ± a little butter, salt and pepper.
Add onion and broccoli, continue steaming until crisp-tender.
