Lemon-Dill Tartar Sauce, etc. . .




4T  finely chopped onion
4T  finely chopped sweet pickle
2T  dried dill weed
1/2t   Seasoning Salt
1/4c  sour cream
1/2c  real mayonnaise
zest  of 1 lemon - finely grated
juice of 1/2 lemon






Combine all and let chill an hour.  Serve over fish, on sandwiches or even as a salad dressing!  Shown with fried cornflour-crusted cod loins, baked regular and sweet potatoes, black beans and salad . .Lin
