Magic Crust Custard Pie




¼c soft butter
4 eggs
¾c white sugar
a pinch of salt
2c milk
2t vanilla
½c all purpose flour



This is not my photo, nor one of my original recipe.  It showed up in the right column on my Facebook page. Out of 177 ratings it received a perfect 5 star rating. Sounds good to me!

Blend all ingredients in a blender for 30 seconds. Pour into a buttered 9” pie pan and sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. The flour will settle to the bottom creating its own crust.
