Olive Pasta Salad



1½c dry medium size, chunky pasta
1 sm jar of capers
red pitted olives
2 crowns of broccoli – florets
1 lg sweet onion slice-chopped
1c celery-chopped
a little Sun-Dried Tomato Vinaigrette dressing
grated extra sharp cheddar cheese



Combine cooked pasta with about 1½c olives and vegetables. Add just enough dressing to coat. Chill several hours. Before serving add a little more dressing, cheese, toss and serve. . .Lin
