1med. tomato
Saute' the sliced-chopped
onions and mushrooms in a little Balsamic vinegar and butter. Add
the steak, cover and cook 5 minutes or just long enough to sear the
bottom side. Flip and repeat. Serve with tomato, cucumbers, carrot
