Cube Steak and Vegetables

1 6-8oz. cube steak
1med. Vidalia onion
4oz. Mushrooms
1med. tomato

Saute' the sliced-chopped onions and mushrooms in a little Balsamic vinegar and butter. Add the steak, cover and cook 5 minutes or just long enough to sear the bottom side. Flip and repeat. Serve with tomato, cucumbers, carrot or celery sticks. . .Lin
