My original goal here was to create a new recipe daily, or several times a week - cook, photograph and post each one. I've been doing this since April 2011 and. . .as of today. . .I now have over 1,900 original recipes and informational posts! I'm thinking a couple cookbooks will be down the road a bit! "Steak" and Eggs
1 beef sausage
½ med. onion
2 eggs
Cut up the sausage and brown a little
in a pan. Add chopped onion and cook until onion is translucent.
Crack in the eggs, stir and cook until eggs are set the way you like
