Heart Healthier Meatloaf


1# Italian seasoned ground pork
1# ground beef chuck
1# ground chicken
2 large or jumbo eggs
¼# saltines (soda crackers)
1-1½c milk
1 large onion – chopped
1t sea salt & ½t ground black pepper



Mix all ingredients together well, probably with clean hands, in a BIG mixing bowl. If you're having company for dinner, divide the meat into 2 loaves and bake at 350° for an hour or a little longer, in a 9”x13” baking pan. Otherwise you can bake one now and freeze the other for later. Serve with your favorite vegetables and baked potatoes. . .Lin
