¼ head of
red cabbage
½ head of
green cabbage
1 shredded
carrot
1T black
sesame seeds
1/3c toasted
sesame oil
1/3c white
vinegar
2T soy sauce
2T maple
syrup
1T minced
garlic
Thinly slice
the cabbage into a medium bowl. Add carrots and sesame seeds.
Combine last 4 ingredients and shake well to create the dressing.
Let the dressing stand for 5 minutes, shake again, pour over cabbage
