sauce
Place
seasoned ribs in a roasting pan. Add about ½” of water to the
bottom of the pan and roast, covered, in a 200° oven for 3½ hours.
Transfer to a platter, place ribs over medium heat on the grill.
Cook meat side down, for 10 minutes to crisp it up a bit. Flip the
rack then brush with barbeque sauce. Cook an additional 10 minutes.
Serve with potato and salad. . .Lin
