Avocado-Artichoke Hummus

2 cans drained garbanzo beans
1 can artichoke hearts
1 avocado
1 large garlic clove
3-4T roasted red pepper
1/4 - 1/2c extra virgin olive oil
1t-1T toasted sesame oil
1 lemon - zest and juice
2t± chili powder and/or ground cumin
a little water if needed

Combine everything in a food processor until it reaches your desired consistency.  Serve with sliced fresh vegetables, pita chips, bagel chips, or use in place of mayonnaise on a sandwich. . . .Lin
