Raspberry 'Sangria' Sun Tea

In Spain and Portugal, they're well known for their flavorful, fruity, red-and-white-wine Sangrias. I make my own tea-based version without alcohol. It's pretty, it's fun, and tastes great. I made this yesterday and finished it already! Pick out 3 tea bags, plain or flavored and tie them together. Wash and cut some fruit into a clear glass pitcher with a top. This time I used one Cutie - a Mandarin type orange - and a Pluot which is a plum-apricot cross - and two sprigs of fresh rosemary with raspberry tea. If you want a little sweetness, add Maple syrup, then fill the pitcher almost to the top with fresh, filtered water.  Stir and muddle the fruit a little. Add the tea bags, getting them saturated with the water, cover the pitcher and leave in a sunny spot outside for 2-4 hours. Serve over ice, or just as. Don't forget to eat the fruit at the bottom of your glass - Dessert! . .Lin
