Cranberry Banana Smoothie

  • 1/2 very ripe banana
  • 1/2-2/3c frozen cranberries
  • 1T ground chia and flax seed
  • 3/4c± pineapple juice
  • 1t Mexican vanilla
  • 3/4c Chobani whole milk plain Greek yogurt
