Loaded (chicken) Nachos


This isn't an exact recipe, more just a lunch, dinner or snack idea with suggestions regarding ingredients.

Begin with whole or crunched-up tortilla chips.  Whatever kind you like - thick, or thin and crispy like the ones shown here.  


Add any of the following:

Corn, black beans, tomato, salsa, pico de gallo, avocado, onion, cheese, roasted or stir-fried beef or chicken, cilantro, taco sauce, sour cream.  Today, for me it was chips, pico de gallo, chicken, tomato, avocado, shredded cheese.  Everything layered, then 40 seconds in the microwave and it was ready.
