Garlic-Pesto Tuna and Egg Salad

3 hard-boiled eggs

8.5oz. canned tuna
2T± basil pesto
1/2c finely chopped onion
1/3c finely chopped bell pepper
1 sm.-xl. clove of garlic - minced 
several sprigs of chives - snipped tiny
2T chopped sweet pickle - optional
mayonnaise

Combine everything in a medium glass bowl.  Use just enough mayonnaise to hold it all together.



Serve for lunch as is, on a crispy lettuce leaf with a side of sliced tomatoes, use as a dip with pita chips, in a sandwich. . .Lots of possibilities!
