Cut the chicken into bit size pieces and sauté in the oil a few minutes until it's sizzling and beginning to brown. Add the sliced garlic cloves, stir and sizzle for a few more minutes.
Mix together a little more oil with 1/3c salsa and 1/3c water. Stir this into the pan, then arrange the broccoli florets on top. Don't stir, let them steam, covered, for 5 minutes or so after the mixture comes to a low bubble again. This made three servings. . .Lin
