2 - 4oz. wild caught Alaskan salmon patties
2c frozen green beans
1 med. onion
1 carrot
2-3T EVOO
garlic salt with parsley
Smoked Arizona Garlic and Chipotle seasoning
Cube the salmon patties and chop the vegetables into a big pan.
Add the oil and seasonings, then heat over medium heat; covered, stirring occasionally; until everything begins to brown. Uncover and let the browning continue until it begins to stick to the pan. Add a cup of water, stir then cover and turn the heat down. Continue to cook until the vegetables are done the way you like.
This made 3 big servings and would be great for breakfast, lunch or dinner. . .Lin
