Cauliflower Gratin

This was so simple and turned out just great. I made just a small pan but the recipe could easily be doubled.

5-6  large cauliflower 'trees' - about 1/3 head of cauliflower - cut in pieces
5     cloves of garlic - sliced 

Steam this in a small amount of water in a covered pan. When a fork inserted pulls out easily, drain and put vegetables in a 8" square baking dish. Season with seasoning salt or sea salt and pepper.

Cover with:
1/2 c  sunflower seeds
1/2 c  grated Guiere cheese or raw Goat cheddar
1/2 c  seasoned bread crumbs

Broil 5-10 minutes on low until cheese is melted and bread crumbs brown. Serves 2-4
