Chicken and Shrimp Curry

Brown in a little butter and olive oil:
1#   chicken breast tenderloin meat cut in bite-size cubes
1/2  medium onion - finely chopped

Add:
2 c      fresh green beans
1         medium onion - chopped
1 c      raw peanuts
1 c      craisins or golden raisins
1-2 c   fresh shelled peas
1-14oz can of AROY-D Red Curry

Simmer this together about 20-30 minutes until the beans are cooked.

Add:
1#        thawed shrimp
1-14oz can AROY-D coconut milk

Simmer another 5-10 minutes. Serve over rice.
