6 oz. roasted beef - chopped
1/4 c chopped onion
a few chopped pickles - sweet or dill
1 sm sweet pepper - chopped
1/3 c sour cream or mayonnaise
2 t horseradish mustard
Combine and serve on a rice cake, in a pita 'pocket' or on rye bread. Makes 2-3 sandwiches. Shown here with a remake of the Black Bean Salad from a couple days ago. Mine had a little too much cayenne, so I added another big spoonful of plain Greek yogurt and a can of drained, rinsed garbanzo beans. . . .Lin
