Wash, dry and then brown the meat in some olive oil in a heavy pan. You can use beef, elk, venison, chicken breasts or pork for this dinner.
Add a couple inches of water then spread the canned soup over the meat. Sprinkle with a package of dry soup mix. Simmer 2-3 hours. Add vegetables and simmer until they’re done the way you like them.
It’s still cold and damp here so this sounds good tonight. After a day or two, the remaining meat will get a make-over - into soup or chili. . .Lin
