Baked Sweet Potatoes
Boneless BBQ Pork Ribs
Oven Roasted Asparagus
Wrap potatoes in foil and bake 50 minutes at 275°
Cut ribs apart, put in a small frying pan. Add a little water and simmer, covered, 20 minutes. Uncover and cook over high heat to brown adding water only to prevent burning. Repeat this 2 or 3 times until meat is well browned. Add a little water, cover and simmer 30 minutes longer.
When the potatoes have cooked 50 minutes raise the heat to 375°. Move the potatoes away from the heat source and put the pan of asparagus close to the heat. Bake both 10 minutes longer. . .Lin
