Hello All! I've not been feeling the best recently and will be off for another couple days following a medical procedure later today. However - Coming Soon: Shrimp with Almonds and Broccoli (over rice noodles?) I also have a corned beef roast I bought and froze in March. I'm thinking of making that in a 2-day procedure, different than the usual way. The first day, simmered in chopped tomatoes with sour cream at the end. The following day saute onions, peppers and carrots, adding chunks of the corned beef and serving with the tomato-cream sauce. Similar to Milwaukee, Wisconsin's Three Brother's Restaurant's fantastic Hungarian Goulash. (I've been to Three Brother's 3 times now and never order anything else. I'm stuck on their goulash!) I'll think on that for the next few days. As always I welcome your comments and suggestions. Happy Spring :o)
