Beef Hash




3-4 potatoes - scrubbed and cubed
1-1/2 onions - chopped
1/4 green pepper - chopped
1#  leftover beef - cut in small pieces

I used the leftover boneless, barbecued ribs - recipe posted here a couple days ago.







Combine potatoes, onions, peppers in a pan with a little butter.  Cook over high heat to brown a little.  Add meat and any leftover sauce.  Simmer a few minutes to heat through.  Check seasonings. . .Lin
