4-6 Hillshire Farm turkey kielbasa's - cut in 1/8's
3-4 potatoes - scrubbed and sliced
1/2-1 medium onion
Combine all the above in a big pan. Saute and stir till potatoes are a little brown and done the way you like. Add a little of your favorite smokey barbecue sauce and continue stirring until everything sizzles. This goes well with the Swiss Chard above. Serves 2-4. . .Lin
