3 Turkey Kielbasa Sausages
7 oz. total
3 carrots
1/2 onion
1/2T butter
fresh ground black pepper
8 oz. baby bokchoy, Asian celery (and mystery greens)
3 colorful mini-peppers
1T chicken soup base
1/2-1c sour cream
Slice Kielbasa lengthwise, combine with chunked carrots and chop onions in a non-stick pan. Add butter, fresh-ground pepper and saute'. When brown, add washed, rough-chopped greens. Add cored, seeded, sliced mini peppers, soup base, 3-4 cups of water. Simmer covered until stems of the greens are tender. Just before serving, stir in sour cream and serve. . .Lin
