Turkey Sausage and Sauerkraut
13.5oz Turkey Sausage cut in pieces
3/4 med onion - sliced-chopped
1T butter
2c sauerkraut
~ Saute' the sausage, butter and onion a while, until well browned. Add a little water, chicken broth or white wine, then brown again. Repeat several times until very brown, then add sauerkraut. Simmer on low heat until time to serve.
Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Add 5 chopped garlic cloves, turn off the heat and cover the pot. After about 10 minutes, drain, add a little butter and sour cream, sea salt and fresh ground pepper. Mash.
Tomato and Cucumber Salad
~ Scrub and slice cucumbers into a bowl with 1/4 minced onion and chopped tomato. Add a sprinkle of sea salt and some fresh ground pepper. Drizzle with Lemon Oil Dressing, toss and let stand a while before serving. . .Lin
