1 onion - sliced
1 clove Elephant Garlic - sliced
3/4 c frozen edamames - thawed
1T each, butter and olive oil
1/2-1t powdered chicken bullion
fresh ground pepper
a drizzle of good quality balsamic vinegar
Saute' the first 4 ingredients in the butter and olive oil a non-stick pan while stirring for a few minutes. Turn heat down, cover and saute' another 5-10 minutes with a little water if needed. Add remaining seasonings, stir and serve. . .Lin
