The Costa Rica Adventure

I'm back!  I thought there would be a lot of food I'd be trying to duplicate once I returned from the tour.  There are only a few that I can think of right now.

I made Rosemary Potatoes dinner tonight.  Those seem to be a big thing in Costa Rica.  The beans and rice is another recipe I have ideas for.  The Costa Rican version is very simple.  About equal parts of each, and very little in the way of seasoning.  I've got a recipe formulating for my zipped up version.  I'm so glad I rarely make desserts - I'd be in big trouble having some of those in the house.  Hope all is well with each of you. . .Lin
