1 med onion-chopped
1T Rosemary Seasoning
3c celery & carrots-chopped
3 sm purple turnips-sliced
4 baby bok choys-sliced
1 lg kohlrabi quartered-sliced
celery tops
1 can white beans drained-rinsed
Cut the Lit'l Smokies in half and saute' with about 1/3 of the onion and Rosemary Seasoning in 1T butter. Add 1-2c water and continue to simmer with carrots and celery. After about 5 minutes, add turnips and bok choy. Simmer, covered another 5-10 minutes.
Add kohlrabi, rest of the onion, celery tops and simmer another 5 minutes. Then add beans, stir, heat another 5 minutes. Serve with cornbread, biscuits or crusty Italian-French bread. . .Lin
