Beef Stroganoff






1 1/2c  dry pasta
1 med onion
3 lg cloves garlic
8oz  mushrooms - sliced
8oz  cooked beef roast
1 3/4c  gravy
1/2c±  sour cream






Cook pasta according to package directions.  Combine chopped onion, garlic and sliced mushrooms in a non-stick pan with 1-2T butter.  Saute' till onions are translucent.  Add gravy.  If it needs thickening, add a little flour, stirring until smooth.  Add chopped beef and sour cream.  Serve over pasta. . .Lin
