Olive-Turkey Spaghetti




1/2#  ground turkey
2T    extra virgin olive oil
1-2t  balsamic vinegar
2 med. onions - chopped
1 clove elephant garlic - chopped
1-2t  Rosemary Seasoning

Brown the ground turkey in olive oil and vinegar.  Add onion, garlic and Rosemary Seasoning (posted earlier).  Saute'-stir 5-10 minutes then add:





24  RIPE green olives - chopped
      substitutions: black or red olives
1 15oz can crushed or diced tomatoes
1   8oz can tomato sauce
1/2c  chopped Italian flat leaf parsley

Simmer another 10-60 minutes.  Serve over spaghetti cooked according to package directions. . .Lin
