This is high in protein at 23g, but
also high in carbs. Sometimes a good way to start the day when
you're on the go and need quick energy. And fast - it take only a
minute or two to put together.
6-8 frozen strawberries
1c frozen blueberries
½ banana
1c Plain Greek Yogurt
1c± pineapple juice - or milk, club
soda
Put the fruit and yogurt in a blender
jar. Pulse until blended, adding however much liquid to make it as
thick or thin as you want. . .Lin
