1 - 18.25-ounce package Strawberry* cake mix
½c - 1 stick butter, melted
1 lg. egg, lightly beaten
1 8oz pkg. cream cheese, softened
2c powdered sugar
2 lg. eggs, lightly beaten
1t vanilla
1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
2. Combine cake mix
and butter in a large bowl. Add one egg, stir well.
Press into a lightly greased 9- x 13-inch pan.

sugar, 2 eggs and vanilla at medium speed with an
electric beater until creamy. Pour cream cheese mixture over crust.

Makes 2 dozen bars.
* This
recipe would also be good with a Cherry, Lemon or Chocolate cake mix.
