Yikes! I was aware a regular can of soda usually contains about 9t of sugar but the totals on some of the rest of these choices were a real shocker. If you're trying to cut down, DON'T switch to diet. Try seltzer with a little cranberry juice or apple cider. Seltzer has no sweetener, no sodium and often it's really the carbonation people miss when trying to eliminate colas, etc.
