Take ingredients shown, slice or chop into a big salad bowl.
To this, add 1/2 can drained-rinsed white beans, dressing and some grated hard cheese. Today I used Asiago. Instead of actual dressing, I drizzled the salad with extra virgin olive oil, seasoned with pepper and a little sea salt, then I drizzled a little balsamic over all.
Toss and serve. . .Lin
