Sauteed Chicken Livers

2 leftover, precooked chicken livers
1/2 lg. onion - chopped
1/4 lg. sweet pepper - chopped



Saute' these three together in a tablespoon of butter until the vegetables are translucent and crisp-tender.  Serve as is, or with eggs for a 'protein blast' breakfast, or as a main dish with another vegetable on the side. . .Lin
