1-2c leftover turkey
finely chopped
¾ c craisins
½ med. onion –
diced
1-2 stalks celery –
diced
finely diced pickles –
sweet and dill
slivered almonds or pecan
pieces – optional
mayonaise – enough to
hold it all together
Combine all these
ingredients. Serve on a rice cake, crusty bread, or just scooped on
a plate with a side of fruit and/or vegetables. . .Lin
