Leftovers!

Spaghetti Sauce Mac and Cheese

As is often the case when you live alone,
There are considerable amounts of leftovers when you cook big.

This is a combination of two recipes I made earlier this week.
It turned out a bit like a sophisticated hamburger helper type lunch.

I started with a scoop of the mac and cheese and topped it with a ladle of spaghetti sauce.
Heat and eat!
