Rosemary Spaghetti Sauce


1/2# lean ground beef
2 sm-med onions - chopped
3 large cloves of garlic - minced
extra virgin olive oil and Balsamic vinegar
1t± ground rosemary
1/4t± cayenne pepper
1/2t sea salt
1 large can diced tomatoes
8oz tomato sauce


Brown-saute' beef, onions and garlic in the oil-vinegar mixture. Add seasonings, tomatoes and sauce and simmer an hour.  Serve over linguini with a big salad. . .Lin
